This comprehensive and easy-to-use curriculum is based on the principles of Rational Emotion Therapy (RET). It helps students learn to use positive mental health concepts in overcoming irrational beliefs, negative feelings and attitudes, and the negative consequences that may result.

    Activites are divided into five categories:
